May I ask about your paper and your watercolor brand? Your works are really different from what I have seen in my life :) They are so soft and smooth.

For this painting I used Canson XL Series and it was the worst experience ever. The paper was so weak and I din’t like its smoothness. I returned whole pad (minus one page) to the store and brought my favorite Canson Montval (140lb, 300g) back. Lately I bought Fabriano paper pad but didn't try it yet. I got this "white paper" fear perhaps.
For painting I’m using Reeves. Unfortunately I’ve never had chance to try better brands.
Too expensive.
How about you? What are you using?

Sorry for the delay, I used Saint Petersburg watercolor in Fabriano papers. We dont have Canson for watercolor here :(
